Review from Organ Magazine...
"PERCY - "Caravan" (Mook) Scratchy grimy slightly depressing rather brilliant pub-punk nihilism escaping in a cheapskate caravan and leaving no forwarding address. If The Beach Boys were a working class self-defeating pub band from Leeds who really sounded like The Fall, this is what they would sound like. And then Percy get even more deranged and spiky and claim they're useful with their hands and unable to cope with final demands and.. This second track sounds kind of like Captain Beafheart's band would if they were a miserable working class band with no hope and waiting to die from some form of cancer while they search for all the answers. Final track sounds like Pearl And Dean lounge lizard music played by a miserable working class blah blah blahBrilliant, get it for the weird echoing Cardiacs keyboards bits and every other bit tooo - what a band, if John Peel isn't playing this to death and telling everyone they're better than The Fall already then he will be soon ...."
